These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchases or quote requests made through ZeVic Medical Solutions LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By interacting with our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Business Overview

ZeVic Medical Solutions LLC sells and distributes professionally refurbished medical imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines, transducers, and diagnostic accessories. All equipment is inspected and tested for operational functionality prior to delivery.

2. Equipment Condition & Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all equipment sold by ZeVic Medical Solutions is: - Refurbished or pre-owned
- Professionally tested to be in functional condition
- Sold "as-is" without manufacturer warranty

If the customer requests "Brand New" or "New Open Box" condition in writing and we confirm in writing, the equipment will be sourced accordingly.
ZeVic does not guarantee the future performance or compatibility of equipment with third- party devices or software unless specified in writing.

3. Quote Requests

All quotes provided are:
- Valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise noted - Subject to availability at the time of confirmation - Not binding until both parties agree in writing
We reserve the right to withdraw or revise quotes at any time before formal acceptance.

4. Returns & Restocking

Due to the nature and value of medical equipment:
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery
- A 20% restocking fee applies if the buyer decides they do not want the equipment - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received
Custom orders and certain equipment types may be non-returnable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- All risk transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise arranged - Inspection upon delivery is the customer's responsibility
ZeVic is not liable for shipping delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.
6. Service, Repairs & Removals

All service and equipment removal is scheduled in advance. Travel and labor costs may be billed separately. Equipment left onsite for repair is at the customer's risk unless otherwise contracted.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZeVic Medical Solutions LLC is not liable for:
- Diagnostic inaccuracies or clinical decisions made using equipment - Losses due to improper use or installation by third parties
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the equipment.

8. Use of Website

All content on www.zevicmedicalsolutions.com is the property of ZeVic Medical Solutions LLC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of any content or intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Modifications

ZeVic Medical Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become eeective immediately upon posting.
