These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, quote requests, purchases, services, and business interactions with Zevic Medical Solutions LLC (“Zevic Medical Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, submitting a quote request, purchasing equipment, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Overview

Zevic Medical Solutions LLC provides new, refurbished, and pre-owned medical equipment solutions for healthcare providers, clinics, surgery centers, medical facilities, and related organizations.

Products and services may include, but are not limited to, ultrasound systems, transducers, portable imaging units, patient monitors, EKG/ECG machines, surgical equipment, imaging equipment, diagnostic devices, equipment sourcing, quote support, repair coordination, equipment removal, logistics coordination, and consignment support.

2. Equipment Condition & Availability

Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, equipment may be refurbished, pre-owned, used, or sourced through trusted suppliers, partners, vendors, or third-party sellers.

Equipment descriptions, availability, pricing, images, specifications, accessories, and included items may vary by listing, quote, supplier, and final written agreement.

If a customer requests brand new, new open box, or a specific condition, Zevic Medical Solutions must confirm that condition in writing before it is considered part of the transaction.

3. Inspection, Testing & Warranty Disclaimer

Refurbished or pre-owned equipment may be inspected, tested, cleaned, serviced, or verified for operational functionality before delivery when applicable. However, unless otherwise stated in writing, equipment is sold as-is and may not include a manufacturer warranty.

Zevic Medical Solutions does not guarantee future performance, software compatibility, accessory compatibility, clinical results, uptime, lifespan, or compatibility with third-party devices, networks, systems, or software unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Any warranty, service coverage, return right, or support obligation must be stated clearly in the final written quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or service agreement.

4. Quote Requests

All quotes are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, shipping costs, taxes, service costs, and final written approval.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 7 calendar days. A quote is not binding until both parties agree in writing and any required deposit, purchase order, or payment terms are satisfied.

Zevic Medical Solutions reserves the right to revise, withdraw, or decline quotes before final acceptance.

5. Orders, Payments & Deposits

Orders may require payment in full, partial payment, or a deposit before equipment is reserved, sourced, shipped, delivered, or serviced.

Payment terms will be listed on the quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or written communication related to the transaction.

Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel an order, shipment, service, or equipment reservation.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, risk of loss may transfer to the buyer once the equipment is released to a carrier, freight company, courier, installer, or third-party logistics provider.

Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and reporting visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery concerns as soon as possible.

Zevic Medical Solutions is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or service failures caused by third-party carriers, freight companies, couriers, logistics providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Restocking

Due to the nature, cost, and handling requirements of medical equipment, returns must be approved in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.

• Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, packaging, and handling costs.

• Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received.

• Custom orders, special orders, sourced equipment, installed equipment, opened sterile items, parts, accessories, and certain equipment types may be non-returnable.

Cancellations after sourcing, preparation, shipment, or special order processing may be subject to cancellation fees.

8. Service, Repairs & Equipment Removal

Service, repair coordination, equipment removal, de-installation, relocation, and logistics support must be scheduled in advance.

Travel, labor, parts, freight, disposal, storage, packaging, crating, rigging, installation, or third-party service costs may be billed separately unless included in writing.

Some services may be performed directly or coordinated through qualified third-party service professionals, contractors, vendors, or logistics providers depending on equipment type, location, scope, and availability.

Zevic Medical Solutions is not responsible for work performed by third parties unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

9. Consignment & Resale Support

Zevic Medical Solutions may assist equipment owners with consignment, resale support, marketing, buyer communication, quote coordination, and transaction support.

Consignment terms, payment timing, commission, seller responsibilities, buyer responsibilities, equipment condition, storage, pickup, shipping, and final sale terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Zevic Medical Solutions does not guarantee that consigned equipment will sell or sell within a specific timeframe.

10. Compliance & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased equipment, installation, use, maintenance, licensing, credentialing, inspections, facility requirements, and regulatory compliance meet their own local, state, federal, clinical, operational, and facility requirements.

Zevic Medical Solutions does not provide medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, engineering, architectural, or tax advice.

Healthcare providers and facility operators are responsible for confirming that equipment is appropriate for their intended use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zevic Medical Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of use, clinical delays, operational delays, or third-party claims.

Zevic Medical Solutions is not liable for diagnostic decisions, clinical outcomes, patient care decisions, improper use, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, or third-party service errors.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Zevic Medical Solutions for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Zevic Medical Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, reproduction, or misuse of website content or intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Third-Party Links, Vendors & Platforms

Our website may link to or interact with third-party websites, vendors, manufacturers, payment processors, logistics providers, service professionals, or business partners.

Zevic Medical Solutions is not responsible for the content, policies, actions, errors, delays, or services of third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

Zevic Medical Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
